About Sarah

Sarah works with children and adults across a wide range of speech, language, swallowing, voice, and cognitive-communication needs. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed in Michigan.

She is certified in LSVT LOUD, a voice therapy program for people with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions, and holds the Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) credential for brain injury rehabilitation.

Sarah has experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), helping clients find the tools that fit how they communicate. She has worked extensively with autistic children and adults to build communication skills, spoken or not, for everyday interactions. She also evaluates and treats swallowing disorders, building safe strategies for eating and drinking.

Outside of work, Sarah runs half-marathons and marathons, travels to new places, and spends time with her husband, Joe, and their dog, Zoey.
